RETURN POLICY AND TERMS
At RLM, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Merchandise must be received in the original condition in which it was sent. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Sale items are Final Sale. Shipping and handling charges for the first domestic exchange will be complimentary (international shipments excluded); in the event of an additional exchange, shipping charges will apply. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESSING
When your return is received and verified, your account will be credited within 7 business days, this credit should appear on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 48 hours to complete from the date received at our headquarters. Product availability can affect the timeframe in which your exchange is processed. Customer Service will contact you if there are any concerns regarding availability.
SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS
When placing an order with RLM, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of the return or exchange back to the RLM Headquarters (located in New Jersey – US). This also applies to any shipments that are refused at the time of delivery. Please note, that if a package is refused, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the shipment refusal and routing back to the United States.
